Sourcing Specialist Job Opportunity

This job posting presents a unique opportunity for individuals to leverage their skills and experience in sourcing, particularly within the context of Oracle application support.


Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent in various fields, with a focus on those possessing relevant experience in supporting Oracle modules and functionalities. This includes, but is not limited to, finance, projects, and human capital management (HCM).


Key Responsibilities:
  1. Pursue graduates from related courses or undergraduates with compensatory experience who demonstrate strong potential in delivering high-quality results.
  2. Candidates should have at least 36 months of relevant experience, preferably in service desk roles supporting Oracle modules or functionalities. Proficiency in ticketing tools like Service Now, Jira, or Zendesk is highly valued.
  3. Able to comprehend and converse fluently with customers using industry-specific terminology.
  4. Hands-on experience supporting/troubleshooting Oracle modules such as Finance (AP, AR, FA, GL, Cash Management), Projects (Project Costing and Project Billing), and HCM (Core HR, Oracle Time and Labor, Performance, Succession Planning).
  5. Exposure to finance and projects, followed by other modules, is essential.
  6. Maintain excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  7. Be willing to work night shifts, graveyard shifts, and adapt to changing schedules.
  8. Amenable to working onsite at our office.
