Job Title: Strategic Sourcing Advisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sourcing Advisor to join our team.

This role is responsible for developing and executing end-to-end sourcing strategies for indirect categories. You will leverage spend analytics and market intelligence to identify cost optimization opportunities and drive enterprise value through strategic supplier partnerships.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contract review processes, including risk mitigation and compliance. They will also possess category management expertise, particularly in IT Software and other indirect categories.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage relationships with vendors, including vendor selection, elimination, and performance review activities.
  • Develop requests for projects, review bids, and negotiate contracts with third-party vendors.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with legal on sourcing contract drafting, negotiations, and finalization with third-party vendors.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of existing contracts to navigate contract extensions and supplier relations.
  • Submit purchase orders, request approval, and input contracts into sourcing systems.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in procurement, with a strong track record in indirect sourcing.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience demonstrating procurement expertise.
  • Proficiency in sourcing tools such as Ariba or similar platforms, with hands-on experience in contract lifecycle management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively across functions.
  • Experience working on cross-functional projects, preferably in a collaborative team setting.
