Sourcing Operations Specialist

A Global Sourcing Specialist is a critical role that involves lead generation, creating and managing saved searches to drive applicant flow across high-volume roles.
The ideal candidate will have moderate level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) and proven excellent written & oral communication skills. They should also be technically savvy and able to learn technology quickly.
As part of the job, the successful candidate will work on USA based requisitions, potentially other countries, as assigned and understand target profiles. They will build and follow a plan to drive applicant traffic to postings, utilize Employee Value Proposition (EVP) to sell the opportunity to candidates and communicate effectively with potential candidates through electronic communications.
The role requires generating leads and tracking them in TalentSource, mapping to appropriate Talent Groups and pipelines. The ideal candidate will maintain exceptional partnerships with Recruiters in the USA (and other assigned countries) by documenting activities and providing email updates.
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources or other relevant field is required for this position. On-the-job Training or work experience in Taleo or other recruitment system/process is preferred.
