As a Senior Global Talent Acquisition Partner, you will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top talent for our organization.

You will work closely with our hiring team to develop and execute recruitment strategies that meet our business needs.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in talent acquisition, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced working environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Tactical planning, oversight, and execution of the end-to-end search process.
  • Proactive sourcing of qualified candidates across various skill sets and global talent pools.
  • Recruiting for varied talent profiles based on hiring demands and approved requisitions.
  • Utilizing multiple candidate channels, including referrals, job boards, advertising, and other sourcing methods.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business Management, or equivalent.
  • 4-5 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within Corporate & Targeted Search of crypto or tech companies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Experience sourcing candidates through multiple channels.
  • Proficiency in applicant tracking systems & search tools.
