We are seeking a highly skilled HR Sourcing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading recruitment efforts, developing and implementing new hire orientation and onboarding programs, managing employee termination processes, assisting with payroll and benefits administration, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring top talent
  • Develop and implement effective new hire orientation and onboarding programs to ensure a smooth transition into the organization
  • Manage employee termination processes in accordance with company policies and procedures
  • Assist with payroll and benefits administration, including processing employee data and resolving benefits-related issues
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal requirements, related to employment law
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Human Resources, or a related area
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in Human Resources, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with employees at all levels
