Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the Talent Acquisition process by sourcing and screening candidates.

  • Essential Responsibilities:
  • Provide valuable support to the Talent Acquisition team by assisting in candidate sourcing and initial screening.
  • Collaborate on recruitment projects and initiatives, actively participating in team efforts.
  • Maintain organized and accurate recruitment records for analysis.
  • Contribute to the interview and assessment processes for candidates.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and emerging recruitment technologies.
  • Assist in creating and implementing workforce planning strategies.
  • Participate in onboarding processes for new hires.
  • Support the team in delivering a positive candidate experience.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Typically, 2+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in a recruitment support role.
  • Proficiencies in using recruitment software, data analysis, and candidate engagement.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to support talent acquisition strategies.
  • Continuous learner who stays updated with industry knowledge and the latest recruitment technologies.
