Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner Enablement: Lead the onboarding, enablement, and ongoing support of Korean-speaking partners, acting as their advocate within the organization.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve partner issues, ensure smooth operations, and deliver an exceptional partner experience.
  • Data-Driven Insights: Utilize analytical tools and data to monitor product performance, assess customer feedback, and inform data-driven decisions to optimize product offerings.

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels through strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Linguistic Proficiency: Possess business-level fluency in Korean and English.
