Job Opportunity for a Project Manager in the Insurtech Industry

Are you an experienced project manager looking to take on new challenges in the insurtech industry? Do you have a strong drive to lead transformative projects and work with clients and stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes?

This role presents an exciting opportunity to oversee and manage the implementation of new and/or existing projects within operations, working closely with the internal team and client staff.

  1. Engage and manage relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  2. Lead project planning sessions to identify project scope, objectives, and timelines, and develop project plans that meet client needs.
  3. Support solution proposals for client pursuits, including proposal development and review.
  4. Participate in proposal and POC processes to design, submit, and review project documents.
  5. Work with the internal team to create contracts and related communication with clients.
  6. Identify and help secure growth opportunities for existing clients.
  7. Manage project progress, adapt to changes as required, and ensure projects meet deadlines.
  8. Host regular/weekly project review meetings to discuss team and project status.
  9. Oversee all incoming and outgoing project documentation to maintain accurate records.
  10. Identify and manage issues, risks, assumptions, and dependencies to minimize potential disruptions.
