Job Title: Automation Solutions and Delivery Lead

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the digital transformation initiative for the Finance Division, working closely with the operations team and process leaders to ensure successful delivery of automation projects.

This role requires collaboration with process experts across global processes, SMEs, and business stakeholders throughout the automation project life cycle to ensure specifications and requirements are met and timely delivery of the project pipeline.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Lead the execution of the automation life cycle, specifically the development phase, maintenance, and troubleshoot of automation solutions deployed.
  • Design and develop efficient automation solutions for processes reviewed and prioritized.
  • Ensure visibility of project pipeline both locally and onshore.
  • Compliance, Security, and Data Privacy compliance prior to release of solutions to production.

This role also involves recommending automation solutions available in their toolkit with a strong emphasis on low code/no code platforms such as RPA, Power Platform, or Python.

The ideal candidate should be abreast of new technology trends within and outside the organization and provide recommendations accordingly.

Other responsibilities include staffing management, consistent compliance to regulatory requirements, regular cadence and reporting with key business partners, and maintaining an open line to provide proper support to operations.
