Project Management Leadership Opportunity

An experienced Project Manager will define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics in collaboration with senior stakeholders.

They will create and maintain detailed project plans, track timelines, budgets, and resources. As a point of contact for project updates, they will facilitate communication between stakeholders and the project team.

Key responsibilities include conducting risk assessments, developing and implementing mitigation strategies, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure alignment with project goals.

Other duties include supporting the development and documentation of business requirements, leveraging automation technologies, and monitoring the effectiveness of transformation initiatives.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Information Technology, and at least 3 years of experience in a project management or operations role in a BPO environment.

Proficiency in project management tools such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Smartsheet is also required.
