Job Title:

A Digital Transformation Specialist is required to drive the adoption of digital workplace and productivity solutions across the organization.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the adoption of digital workplace and productivity solutions, working closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and develop effective strategies to meet those needs. This includes understanding how other companies are using industry workplace solutions, identifying opportunities for reapplication, and designing and executing adoption programs to increase usage.

The Adoption Leader will also be responsible for deploying new features or executing incremental changes, supporting end-user inquiries and issues as the subject matter expert, and ensuring that all solutions are properly utilized and integrated into the organization's ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 1-2 years of experience managing workplace productivity tools
  • 3 years of experience driving service/solution adoption across medium to large enterprises
  • Outstanding communication skills, verbal and non-verbal
  • ITIL foundation certification preferred
  • Capability to multi-task with strong attention to detail
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment, a team player
  • Self-motivated, proactive, requires little supervisory attention
