Global Digital Transformation Executive

This is a pivotal leadership role with full responsibility for directing the global digital transformation and ensuring it delivers business value on a global scale.

The Leadership Role
  • Oversight of the global digital strategy, roadmap and delivery plan
  • Leadership of organisational governance, steering committees and stakeholder management at executive level
  • Direction of digital transformation partners and alignment between business and technology teams
  • Management of programme risks, change control, resourcing and budgeting
  • Drive adoption of standardised processes while respecting regulatory and compliance requirements specific to life sciences
About You
  • Proven track record of leading complex, global digital or SAP transformation programmes (full lifecycle)
  • Strong background in leadership, delivery assurance and stakeholder management at C-suite level
  • Experience working in highly regulated industries, ideally life sciences, pharmaceuticals or medical devices
  • Ability to influence at senior level and lead diverse, cross-functional teams across geographies
