About the Role

This is a dynamic project management position where you will be leading critical digital transformation projects. The focus of this role is on executing initiatives across various streams, including Agent Trainer implementations, vendor integrations, and digital solution deployments.


Key Responsibilities
  • Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones for digital initiatives. Manage the implementation of solutions like Agent Trainer, Agent Assist, and Co-pilot, coordinating cross-functional resources and tracking project budgets.
  • Implementation Management: Lead the deployment of digital solutions across assigned accounts, coordinating technical integrations with vendors and ensuring timely delivery. Monitor and report on implementation progress and metrics.
  • Stakeholder Coordination: Facilitate regular project status meetings, coordinate with client teams for customization needs, and collaborate closely with IT, Product, and Operations teams. Provide status updates to leadership.
  • Risk & Issue Management: Identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues. Manage project health metrics and status reporting, coordinating resolutions for technical and operational challenges.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track and report on project KPIs, success metrics, and user adoption rates. Document project progress, challenges, and successes, preparing regular status reports.

Required Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of project management experience
  • Experience with digital transformation or technology implementation projects

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • PMP certification preferred
