Customer Success Lead - High-Touch Engagement


The primary focus of this role is to ensure the successful adoption and renewal of our Cybersecurity as a Service offering for key strategic customers. The Customer Success Lead will be accountable for managing a portfolio of accounts, including leading on-demand engagements throughout the customer lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage named accounts to ensure engagement and satisfaction over the lifetime of the customer relationship.
  • Establish strong relationships with key stakeholders within customer organizations, ensuring regular check-ins to understand client needs and concerns.
  • Develop strategic account plans in collaboration with customers, maintaining a deep understanding of their business goals and objectives.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences that align with our brand promise of delivering superior cybersecurity outcomes, while facilitating cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Monitor customer analytics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to reinforce the value of our solution and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, clearly articulating the specific value we are delivering to customers and progress against agreed-upon milestones and goals.
  • Coordinate activities across onboarding, sales, product operations, services, and renewals to ensure seamless handoffs and optimal customer experience.
  • Sustain business growth and profitability by maximizing value, driving usage, adoption, and upselling services, while minimizing churn.
  • Act as an escalation point for high-impact customer issues, ensuring timely resolution through effective collaboration with internal teams.
  • Collaborate with the wider customer success team to implement scalable programs and process improvements, driving efficiency in internal customer success processes and enhancing overall customer experience.

Requirements:
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in customer success roles, with additional experience in customer support, sales, or business development being highly desirable.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives in large organizations.
  • Experience in translating customer needs into business requirements, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
  • Ability to articulate the benefits of our solutions and technologies, with a strong understanding of cybersecurity principles and concepts.
  • Fluent Mandarin speaking skills.
