The PositionWe are seeking a Customer Success Coordinator to develop and execute marketing strategies from scratch.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage orders from intake to invoicing with precision and efficiency.
- Support the company's mission by maintaining operational excellence and clear communication.
- Coordinate timelines with vendors and ensure orders meet client expectations.
- Track orders through production and delivery, updating the work-in-progress dashboard daily.
- Respond to client inquiries, requests, and updates in a clear, concise, and timely manner.
- At least 2 years' experience in virtual assistance, customer service, project coordination, or order fulfillment.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Tenacious - able to see projects through to completion.
- Able to perform basic bookkeeping tasks accurately and independently.
- Forward-thinking - anticipate issues and propose solutions.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
