We're looking for a talented Customer Success Manager to join our team. As the primary point of contact, you'll champion customer needs, share deep product knowledge, provide innovative solutions, build relationships, and drive success.

Job Description:

The Role: We're seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to help customers get the most out of our platform. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences, identify opportunities for growth, and drive retention.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate customer needs and develop tailored strategies to meet their business objectives

  • Collaborate with internal teams to provide proactive support, resolve issues, and improve overall customer satisfaction

  • Develop and implement plans to drive adoption, usage, and revenue growth for our customers

  • Conduct regular check-ins, quarterly reviews, and annual assessments to ensure customers achieve their desired outcomes

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Prior experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in a SaaS environment

  • 3-5 years of direct and verifiable enterprise-level customer success, consulting, or account management experience

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related field

  • Proven track record of building strong relationships with IT and business executive stakeholders

  • Excellent communication, strategic planning, and project management skills

  • Familiarity with CRM systems, such as Salesforce
