Customer Success Professional
This role supports our Real Estate Dashboard product, managing 200–300 accounts with regular touchpoints, product demos, and a strong focus on retention and satisfaction.
Responsibilities- Develop deep knowledge of the platform and use cases to guide clients in adopting features that improve their workflow and ROI.
- Nurture customer health from onboarding through renewal.
- Partner with Sales, Product, and Marketing on customer-driven initiatives.
- Bring customer feedback to internal teams to inform product improvements.
- Prior experience in Account Management or Customer Success.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Experience with client demos and presenting product value.
- Ability to manage a high-volume client portfolio.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and internal communication tools like Microsoft Teams.
