Customer Success Specialist Role OverviewThis is a highly challenging and rewarding role that requires a unique blend of customer service, business acumen, and technical skills. As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients achieve their goals and objectives.Responsibilities include managing high-volume customer interactions via phone and email, conducting customer health checks to capture the Voice of the Customer, building product knowledge to handle questions, objections, and customer concerns, collaborating with global teams to deliver a superior customer experience, and documenting customer feedback and tracking satisfaction metrics.The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Customer Success experience, expertise in CRM software, experience in onboarding new clients or product users, client management, conducting health checks, and client business reviews, prior success in achieving individual and/or team sales quotas/goals, and preferably experience in handling retention/renewals motion.Key Skills and Qualifications:
