Job Opportunity

This role involves ensuring the successful integration of products with clients, from small to enterprise level. It requires building strong relationships to drive business growth and retention.

The position demands attention to detail, experience managing complex clients, data analysis skills, organizational skills, and intermediate to advanced knowledge of web architecture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide strategic and tactical services to high-touch clients
  • Understand customer needs and develop solutions to meet these requirements
  • Present solutions and facilitate meetings for clients across various sizes
  • Offer technical assistance and troubleshooting during implementation and deployment
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to prioritize and manage customer requests
  • Effective communication skills for written and verbal interactions
  • Point of contact for clients, serving as the subject matter expert for TrustArc products
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to new products
  • Strong project-management skills, including meeting deadlines and managing client expectations
  • Identify opportunities to expand customer adoption of products
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and 4-7 years of experience in software support, account management, or a technical customer-facing role
  • Strong understanding of technological platforms and web infrastructure, including online ad serving systems
  • Intermediate knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript and debuggers like Firebug
  • Understanding of technical documentation, including product specs and API integrations
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams
  • Excellent customer relationship skills, including assessing client needs and interacting with all levels of management
