Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Business Development Executive to join our sales team at Arkema. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and developing strong relationships with existing and new customers in the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Develop and present proposals to potential customers
- Negotiate deals and close sales to drive revenue growth
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective account management and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience in sales or technical sales and marketing
- Proven track record of identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Strong understanding of the construction industry and its trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
