Sales and Account Growth Specialist

KDCI Outsourcing is seeking an exceptional Sales and Account Growth Specialist to drive revenue growth through strategic account management and sales efforts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as experience working in a B2B environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and drive business growth.
Account Management:
Nurture existing client relationships and identify new opportunities to expand the customer base.
Client Engagement:
Build strong, long-term partnerships with clients by understanding their evolving business needs and providing tailored solutions.
Reporting and Analysis:
Generate regular reports on pipeline updates, sales funnels, and profit and loss metrics to inform business decisions.
Required Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the outsourcing services industry
- Proven track record of sales achievements in a B2B environment
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales automation tools
