Administrative Assistant

The Admin Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless business activities, often handling confidential and time-sensitive materials.
About the Role:As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal staff and clients
- Managing email and calendar, meeting and events scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reports
- Assisting with the adoption of changes to firm technology, policies, and procedures
- Developing professional, digital, and technical acumen through ongoing training and education
- Contributing to teaming activities and supporting other team members as needed
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service and administration or transferable skills
- Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
- Able to work on a graveyard schedule and hybrid work setup
We are looking for candidates with:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Outlook Email, Outlook Calendar, and Teams
