Job Summary:

The Admin Assistant plays a vital role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless business activities, often handling confidential and time-sensitive materials.

About the Role:

As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  1. Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal staff and clients
  2. Managing email and calendar, meeting and events scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reports
  3. Assisting with the adoption of changes to firm technology, policies, and procedures
  4. Developing professional, digital, and technical acumen through ongoing training and education
  5. Contributing to teaming activities and supporting other team members as needed
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  1. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in customer service and administration or transferable skills
  2. Strong command of the English language, both written and verbal
  3. Able to work on a graveyard schedule and hybrid work setup
