Job Title: IT System Administrator

We are seeking a highly skilled IT System Administrator to join our team at WHR Global Consulting. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our ERP systems and other IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the delivery of IT projects and ensure quality and compliance with company requirements and objectives.
  • Work closely with the team lead to meet group objectives and ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
  • Suggest improvements to systems or processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Maintain security protocols and ensure compliance with company policies.
  • Stay updated on support group processes and provide effective assistance to team members.
  • Ensure proper coordination in projects or system improvements and monitor progress and accuracy of work.
  • Provide technical guidance on complex issues and support non-senior team members on quality standards.
  • Responsible for submission and coordination of status reports and other required reports.
  • Ensure compliance to tools mandated by the team lead or business improvement group for accurate status updates.
  • Work closely with business partners and leaders to ensure messages and deliveries are accurate and effective.
  • Stay updated on all modules available in Cornerstone and create guidelines for helpdesk in Manila.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining training programs and support implementation of new modules in Cornerstone.
  • Support integration of Cornerstone to other HR systems and lead training of new hires and job shadowing of colleagues.
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with strong analytical skills and experience in creating reports and dashboards using Power BI or similar business intelligence tools. Certifications in learning management systems and Power BI are desirable.
