Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Staff to join our team at Anytime Cleaners. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team, ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compliance and Permit Management: Ensure compliance with government operational permits, business permits, health permits, and other regulatory requirements.
  • Office Maintenance: Manage office maintenance, including construction, equipment, renovations, and air-conditioning maintenance.
  • Company IDs and Rentals: Assign company IDs to internal and deployed employees, monitor company rentals, and manage lease renewals.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Ensure the operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, and maintaining equipment inventories.
  • Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks such as filing, encoding, reporting, and other clerical duties.
  • Financial Management: Manage monthly bills, including electric, water, internet, and other company resources.
  • Purchasing and Inventory: Purchase company uniforms, supplies, and equipment, and maintain inventory levels.
  • Reporting and Reconciliation: Generate reports and reconcile expense reports.
Requirements
  • College degree in HRDM, Management, or related field.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Effective team player.
