Administrative Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to perform administrative duties to support the operations of our global research business.
As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to engage with senior leaders and gain insights into the intricacies of business and market development within the financial services industry.
We are looking for an individual with a wide range of administration and clerical skills including proficiency in the Microsoft suite of programs, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook.
This is a busy role that requires a highly organized self-starter who can prioritize, multitask, and work within a global team. You will form part of a small, close-knit leadership group developing the business and research operations globally.
Responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with daily administrative duties and completing a broad variety of administrative tasks.
- Coordinating Outlook calendars and travel arrangements for senior management team members as needed.
- Organising internal and external meetings.
- Facilitating team reporting of activity, pipeline, sales and reviews on behalf of senior management.
- Distributing marketing communication and materials.
- Assisting with workload overflow, including preparing contracts and other documentation as necessary.
- Performing other ad hoc duties as required.
This role requires:
- Fluent English language skills with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- A degree in a related field or relevant experience in a similar role supporting upper-level management.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to cultivate relationships with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Windows, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- The ability to work independently while exercising professional discretion.
