Customer Service Advocate in Healthcare

A Healthcare Representative is responsible for delivering exceptional support to clients of top brands. The ideal candidate will excel in managing customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolutions, and maintaining accurate records.
Main Responsibilities:- Answer incoming calls from customers
- Sort out customers' inquiries or requests
- Develop, organize, and maintain accurate files
- Maximize Concentrix and client-based tools for customer management
- At least 3 months of BPO experience with any educational attainment
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Computer literate
