Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual customer service professional to join our team at Gratitude Philippines. As a Multilingual Healthcare Customer Service Specialist, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional support to our members, family, providers, and caregivers regarding benefits and plan options.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and have experience working in a call center setting or healthcare management. If you are fluent in French, English, and Tagalog, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities
  • Educate members, family, providers, and caregivers regarding benefits and plan options.
  • Accurately explain benefits and plan options in person, via email, fax, or telephonically.
  • Provide follow-up with members by clarifying their issue, determining the cause, and identifying and explaining the solution. Escalate appropriate member issues to management or other departments as required.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent, bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare management and/or a call center setting.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including verbal and written communication.
  • Strong active listening skills.
  • Ability to collaborate and be a team player.
  • Must be a quick learner.
  • Ability to remain calm and courteous when handling upset members and offering solutions to their problems and knowing when to escalate the call.
  • Familiarity with Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) regulations, preferred.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
