About the Role:

We are looking for a Healthcare Customer Service Representative who can provide outstanding support to our clients, respond to inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain accurate records. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and be committed to delivering high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat
  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge

Requirements:

  • Degree in a medical-related field (e.g., nursing, health science)
  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other productivity tools
