Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service over the phone, via email, and/or online chat.
  • The ideal candidate will be able to resolve client inquiries efficiently and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction and building sustainable relationships.
  • This role requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage customers and provide quality solutions while being decisive, firm, and empathetic.
  • The successful candidate will also have experience working in a BPO setting, preferably with at least 6 months of experience on a voice account.
  • Sales and/or retail experience is a plus, as this role involves helping customers and providing them with information about our services.
  • We offer a competitive salary of P25,000 - P35,000 per month, depending on experience, and opportunities for growth and professional development.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months of experience on a voice account in a BPO setting.
  • Sales and/or retail experience is a plus.
  • Excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Able and willing to work onsite on the graveyard shift in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
