About the Role

  • Promoting Igloo's Insurance Offerings
    • Educate clients and partners on our insurance products, policy updates, and value propositions.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business Development or Client Acquisitions/Building fields.
  • Minimum 5 years of Account Management, Business Development, or Client Acquisitions experience with proven Acquisition and Development records.
  • In-depth knowledge of local insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
  • Ability to develop tailored solutions and identify sales opportunities.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably with a mix of experience in MNCs and start-ups.
  • Ability to monitor industry trends and keep stakeholders informed about new products and updates.
  • Critical thinking skills and a growth mindset.
  • Effective collaboration with internal teams, brokers, and partners.
