About the Role
We seek an experienced Business Development Manager with expertise in acquiring and managing new business partners. This role involves collaborating with the Brokerage Team to expand our partner network, reinforce our position in the insurtech industry, and advance our mission.

- Promoting Igloo's Insurance Offerings
- Educate clients and partners on our insurance products, policy updates, and value propositions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in Business Development or Client Acquisitions/Building fields.
- Minimum 5 years of Account Management, Business Development, or Client Acquisitions experience with proven Acquisition and Development records.
- In-depth knowledge of local insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
- Ability to develop tailored solutions and identify sales opportunities.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, preferably with a mix of experience in MNCs and start-ups.
- Ability to monitor industry trends and keep stakeholders informed about new products and updates.
- Critical thinking skills and a growth mindset.
- Effective collaboration with internal teams, brokers, and partners.
