About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Proposal Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of proposal development, from research and writing to submission and follow-up.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct thorough research to identify new business opportunities and trends in the market.
  • Develop and write high-quality proposals that meet the client's needs and requirements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights to inform proposal development.
  • Ensure all proposals are submitted on time and in compliance with client requirements.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders to ensure successful proposal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in proposal development and management.
  • Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of industry-specific terminology and trends.

Working Conditions
