Project Coordination Role

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee project coordination tasks, ensuring seamless execution and timely delivery. Key responsibilities include:

  • Scheduling and tracking project progress using Gantt Charts, Jira, or Trello.
  • Providing administrative support to the Head of Operations and project team as needed.
  • Organizing and facilitating project meetings, including scheduling, minute-taking, and follow-up action items.
  • Assisting in defining project plans, milestones, activities, and resource requirements.
  • Maintaining project and resource schedules.
  • Preparing and presenting project status reports.
  • Identifying scope changes and drafting change requests.

The ideal candidate will possess strong stakeholder management and problem-solving skills, with experience working with collaborative web-based tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities are essential, along with a good understanding of business processes. Adaptability to fast-paced environments and willingness to learn new technologies quickly are also critical.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 5+ years of experience in project coordination or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies.
  • Ability to run small to medium-sized projects end-to-end, with support and guidance as needed.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
