Job Summary: We are seeking a part-time Operations Coordinator to support our teams in managing projects efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in operations, project management, or administrative coordination. They should be highly organized and possess strong time-management skills.

  • Oversee project scheduling, task tracking, and workflow alignment across teams.

  • Maintain up-to-date documentation, SOPs, and project status updates.

  • Coordinate between strategy, creative, and data teams to ensure timely completion of tasks.

  • Support vendor and contractor onboarding, invoicing, and communication.

    ">

  • Identify bottlenecks, propose process improvements, and collaborate with leadership in operational decision-making.

    ">

  • Provide regular operational reports on progress, resource allocation, and upcoming needs.

Required Skills: The successful candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.

Technical Requirements: Proficiency with Google Workspace and Slack is essential. Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp, Asana, Monday) is also required.
