Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Proposal Development Specialist to join our team. As a key member of the proposal team, you will be responsible for researching, drafting, and submitting high-quality proposals tailored to win contracts.

This role involves working collaboratively with internal departments while adhering to deadlines and ensuring compliance with client requirements.

Your primary focus will be on developing compelling content that accurately addresses client needs and highlights company strengths.

You will work closely with colleagues across departments, such as sales, finance, and project management, to collect information for proposals.

In addition, you will be responsible for incorporating stakeholder feedback into bid documentation, proofreading all bid documents for grammatical accuracy, and ensuring proposals comply with corporate branding and quality standards.

As a seasoned professional in bid writing, marketing, or project planning, you will leverage your expertise to conduct market and client research, shape tender responses effectively, and maintain a database of prior bids and responses for future use.

Furthermore, you will track and report on bid progress against set timelines, support the maintenance of a bid calendar, and ensure alignment with submission deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage competing deadlines and work effectively under pressure
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and bid management tools
  • Experience or strong knowledge in bid writing, marketing, or project planning
