Job Summary

This Compensation and Benefits Administrator role is responsible for overseeing the administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and be proficient in compensation and benefits administration.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements
  1. Develop and Implement Compensation and Benefits Programs: Create and implement effective compensation and benefits programs that align with company goals and objectives.
  2. Manage HRIS Database: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee information in the HRIS database.
  3. Process Remittances: Process and manage remittances for mandatory government contributions.
  4. Manage Employee Data: Oversee the management of employee data, including 201 files.
  5. Administer Employee Benefits: Administer employee benefits, including HMO, statutory benefits, and payroll.
  6. Provide Guidance: Provide guidance and support to employees on compensation and benefits-related matters.
  7. Collaborate with Colleagues: Collaborate with HR colleagues to develop and implement policies and procedures related to compensation and benefits administration.
