We are seeking an experienced Payroll and Benefits Manager to join our team at CARNIVAL CRUISE LINES. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the payroll and benefits functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll and benefits administration.
Main Responsibilities:
- Oversight of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll calculations.
- Implementation of benefits administration, including medical, dental, disability, life insurance, workers' compensation, employee assistance, retirement, and other plans.
- Monitoring and maintaining electronic records for all staff, managing HR aspects of their information that affect monetary benefits in payroll.
- Providing analytical and technical support for the delivery of benefit programs and recommending enhancements and changes.
- Assistance in designing and recommending benefits and rewards programs to boost employee morale and motivation.
- Ensuring adherence to local regulations, including SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and DOLE requirements.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in human resources, business, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in an HR role related to the delivery of compensation and benefits, and payroll processing.
- Expert knowledge of compensation and benefits practices.
- Knowledgeable in handling local payroll practices.
- Knowledgeable of applicable labor statutory regulatory laws and regulations.
