Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, troubleshooting technical issues, and resolving problems in a timely manner.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems. They will also possess excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide remote helpdesk support to end-users, including troubleshooting and resolving technical issues
  • Assist with network maintenance, troubleshooting, modifications, and upgrades of facilities
  • Support Microsoft 365, including all Microsoft 365 apps, and other platforms
  • Collaborate with pre-sales engineering team and sales teams to provide pre-sales support
  • Perform post-sales support for Mikrotik products
  • Monitor RMA requests and create RMAs
  • Assist with department process documentation and AI training and validation
Requirements
  • Proven experience in an IT Helpdesk or technical support role
  • Strong understanding of computer hardware, software, and network systems
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft) are an advantage
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
