**Job Title:** Technical Support Expertise Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and experienced technical support specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess excellent problem-solving skills, a strong understanding of software issues, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide primary escalation point for technical issues that cannot be resolved by lower-level resources.
  • Collaborate with support partner specialists to identify common problems and develop solutions for knowledgebase articles.
  • Analyze escalated issues to determine root cause and develop action plans for resolution.
  • Work with training teams to implement new procedures and eliminate future escalations.

**Technical Skills:

  • Expertise in software troubleshooting and issue resolution.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively.

**Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in technical support or related field.
