Job Title

Role Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of international recruitment specialists, focusing on solving customers' technical problems and complaints in a timely manner.

  1. Investigate and resolve customer complaints, ensuring prompt resolution and high-quality service delivery.
  2. Collaborate with sales and technical support teams to troubleshoot complex issues.
  3. Conduct correlation studies and validations as required, working closely with customers and internal stakeholders.
  4. Develop and deliver training programs to enhance customer knowledge and skills.
  5. Build strong relationships with clients through regular visits and feedback, supporting the sales team's efforts.
  6. Participate in regional and national conference calls, providing updates on technical matters.
  7. Perform other tasks assigned by management, contributing to the company's overall objectives.

Requirements:

  1. A bachelor's degree or higher in Clinical medicine, Biotech, Pharmacy, or related fields. A master's degree is highly desirable.
  2. Minimum 3 years of experience in IVD Application area, preferably in immunology, biochemistry, or molecular biology. Immunology expertise is preferred.
  3. Proficient in English as the primary working language.
  4. Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
