We are looking for a skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work independently to resolve technical issues.

Job Description:
  • The primary responsibility of this role is to provide first-level support to customers via phone, email, or chat.
  • The successful candidate will be able to troubleshoot technical problems and escalate complex issues to senior engineers as needed.
  • This position requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role.
  • Strong knowledge of operating systems, software applications, and network protocols.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
