
Technical Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients.
Job DescriptionAs a Customer Service Analyst, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any technical issues they may encounter. You will work closely with our development team to identify and resolve complex technical problems, and provide training and guidance to our internal teams on new technologies and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients via phone, email, and chat.
- Analyze and resolve complex technical issues, working closely with our development team as needed.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with our internal teams to identify and implement process improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service or technical support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and processes.
