Job Overview

A Project-based Sourcing Specialist plays a pivotal role in the recruitment process by conducting thorough research, sourcing, recruiting, interviewing and candidate engagement.

  • Fostering cost-effective strategies to attract highly qualified and diverse candidates
  • Establishing a network of potential candidates and industry professionals
  • Preliminary screening of candidates by reviewing resumes and conducting phone interviews
  • Maintaining accurate tracking systems for all candidates and internal databases
  • Collaborating with managers and departments to identify future talent needs and proactively source potential virtual professional candidates
  • Leveraging various channels, online portals, and social networking sites to connect with potential candidates; manage job boards and job postings
  • Regularly measuring and reporting sourcing metrics in real-time

The ideal candidate should possess at least 1 year of proven work experience as a Sourcing Specialist or similar role, along with extensive experience in utilizing different channels, social networks, online portals, and resume databases to source out potential candidates. They should also be proficient in using tools, applications, and systems for talent acquisition, and familiar with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and Candidate Management Systems (CMS). Strong verbal and written communication skills are essential, and experience in a healthcare/medical related field is preferred but not required.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Research and Sourcing: Conduct thorough research to identify potential candidates and establish a network of industry professionals.
  2. Candidate Engagement: Engage with candidates through phone interviews, screenings, and other forms of communication.
  3. Tracking and Reporting: Maintain accurate tracking systems for all candidates and internal databases, regularly measuring and reporting sourcing metrics in real-time.
