Role Overview:

We are seeking a Talent Attraction Manager to lead the recruitment marketing efforts in North America. This role requires a deep understanding of the US/Canada talent market and exceptional leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the talent acquisition team to identify associate hiring needs and drive applicant flow.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies to optimize budget and maximize candidate reach.
  • Analyze data to evaluate marketing program effectiveness and improve return on investment.
  • Manage vendor relationships for job boards, media, and community partners.
  • Partner with procurement teams for accurate and timely departmental budgets and accounting practices.
  • Project manage collateral creation by establishing deadlines, approving concepts, and ensuring timely delivery.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Human Resources, Communications, or related field.
  • Strong knowledge of the US/Canada talent market and sourcing channels.
  • Creative and innovative ideas for talent attraction.
  • Ability to manage a remote team with occasional on-site work.
  • Proven problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
  • Experience managing budgets and using advanced Excel.
