The Role

You'll join our Talent Acquisition Team to source, interview, and assess top talent across various industries and roles. Your expertise will help match exceptional candidates with clients' needs, driving success for both parties.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Source high-quality candidates through diverse channels, including job boards, social media, and professional networks
  • Conduct thorough interviews, screenings, and onboarding processes to ensure seamless candidate experiences
  • Manage initial candidate processing by verifying references and experience, ensuring only the best applicants are hired
  • Update our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with real-time information on candidates, stages, and onboarding statuses
  • Collaborate with the Sourcing Team and Talent Acquisition Partners to develop strategies for sourcing high-quality candidates in large volumes
  • Provide debriefs to candidates on job responsibilities, expectations, and workflows
  • Identify opportunities to improve staffing, talent pipeline management, sourcing, and onboarding processes
  • Regularly communicate progress with stakeholders regarding recruiting top talent for assigned accounts
Requirements:
  • Proven experience hiring virtual assistants or working with a staffing agency offering virtual assistant services
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Strong background in talent sourcing and hiring; recruitment marketing is an asset
  • Experience as a full-cycle recruiter, sourcing high-quality candidates required
  • Proficiency in sourcing through social media platforms like Facebook, TikTok, and Instagram
  • Familiarity with at least one applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Ability to use data to validate hiring efforts
  • Experience working with online meeting platforms like Google Meet, Zoom, or Skype
  • Excellent calendar management skills and attention to detail
  • Critical thinking, strong verbal and written communication in English required
  • Tech-savvy individual with analytical mindset and ability to set actionable plans
  • Confident, coachable team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
  • Interest in tech, analytical work, startup companies, and people-centric projects preferred
  • Experience with software like Discord, ClickUp, G-Suite, Zoho, or any ATS a plus
