Job Opportunity - Recruiting Manager

As a seasoned recruitment professional, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of recruiters to achieve exceptional results. Your expertise in talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and operational efficiency will drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of recruiters to achieve daily/weekly/monthly goals and expectations.
  • Act as escalation point for issues that arise and identify the optimum solution for both parties.
  • Support the team with workload allocation, including volume forecasting, headcount planning.
  • Deliver effective performance optimization of all team members, ensuring all KPIs are set and appropriate.
  • Recruit and induct new staff as required, ensuring effective training and on-boarding processes minimize disruption to clients and improve time to productivity.
  • Monitor and achieve team targets, budget, and SLAs around effectiveness, timelines, candidate quality, delivery of recruitment services, and client satisfaction.
  • Perform range of managerial responsibilities which includes interviewing, hiring, coaching, managing recruitment teams.
  • Establish regular communication with the team, participate in daily huddle and team meetings with established agendas.
  • Develop recruitment strategies and processes to improve outcomes.
  • Define and communicate individual and team KPIs via scorecards.

Requirements:

  • Thorough understanding of end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Proven experience working as a Recruiting Manager.
  • Experience conducting performance reviews and driving performance improvement across process management, SLA compliance, and personal conduct.
  • Talent Acquisition Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive talent acquisition strategies to attract and acquire IT professionals in Latin America.
  • Pipeline Development: Create and maintain a vast network of passive and active candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborative Hiring Process: Partner with recruiters and other stakeholders to understand position requirements, advise on market trends, and drive the recruitment process.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and regional labor markets to provide insights and recommendations for attracting top talent.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to interact with people at all levels of an organization and develop strong client relationships.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent is desirable.
  • Ability to use data and analytics to drive performance.
  • Experience in handling offshore recruitment processes helping local and US clients.
