We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Attraction Specialist to join our team

Job Overview

This is an exciting opportunity to support our recruitment efforts, helping us attract and acquire top talent to drive business growth.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to identify and engage quality candidates. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and coordinate recruitment plans.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract potential candidates. Participate in initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to ensure a positive experience for all candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Support the entire recruitment lifecycle, from posting job openings to assisting with offer negotiations. Maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and job platforms to stay informed about industry trends.
  • Promote our employer brand and support initiatives that enhance our reputation as a desirable place to work.
  • Ensure accurate recruitment records and reports are maintained using the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to track and manage candidate information.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
