Job Overview

This role requires a proactive and people-focused individual with excellent oral and written communication skills. You will manage important stages of the recruitment process while delivering a great candidate experience.

Responsibilities
  • Sourcing qualified candidates across industries and roles using Applicant Tracking Systems, LinkedIn, and social media platforms.
  • Preparing, updating, and maintaining daily recruitment reports using Microsoft Excel to track candidate pipelines, interview progress, and open roles.
  • Proactively identifying and engaging passive candidates through direct outreach and professional networking.
  • Maintaining and updating talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume roles.
  • Conducting initial video interviews to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and overall fit for the role.
  • Documenting interview notes and screening outcomes in the ATS in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Scheduling interviews with hiring managers, coordinating availability across multiple time zones when needed.
  • Ensuring all parties involved are aligned on interview logistics and expectations.
  • Tracking candidate status and progress throughout the hiring process, providing updates to team leaders and management.
  • Providing administrative support including posting jobs, updating requisition statuses, and managing applicant communications.
  • Maintaining accurate and complete interview and hiring records in compliance with company policies and requirements.
  • Supporting employer branding efforts by promoting the company culture and values through recruitment channels.
Requirements
  • Fluency in English with exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • +4 years of work experience as a Recruiter, Talent Acquisition Specialist, or Talent Sourcer in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proven experience in candidate sourcing and headhunting, with the ability to quickly identify and engage qualified talent.
  • Advanced experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with productivity monitoring systems and ability to learn quickly.
  • Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and comfort working from home.
