Recruitment Expert Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a critical role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent for various roles. This position requires the ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a remote environment.

This is an opportunity for individuals who are passionate about recruitment and human resources. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create job descriptions aligned with business needs.
  • Source and engage potential candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for IT and non-IT roles.
  • Craft effective recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone/virtual interviews, and deliver strong candidate pipelines.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver the best talent.

Requirements:

  • 1–2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition (IT & Non-IT).
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies and recruitment best practices.
  • Familiarity with Performance Management Systems and HR reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a remote work environment with minimal supervision.

The selected candidate will be responsible for utilizing ATS to manage applications and ensuring smooth hiring workflows. They will also collaborate with the HR team to support HR operations, including managing and maintaining the Performance Management System (PMS) and preparing HR reports and dashboards for leadership.
