About This Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Recruitment Specialist to play a crucial role in scaling our recruitment team exponentially in the near future.

This position will be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the US healthcare market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement and manage comprehensive recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
  • Source and screen qualified candidates using advanced sourcing techniques, including Boolean search.
  • Build relationships with clients and job prospects to understand their qualifications and requirements.
  • Maintain organized databases with candidates' data and provide regular reports on hiring performance.
  • Participate in client meetings and business reviews to discuss recruitment strategies and results.
Skill Set & Experience Requirements
  • Highly preferred: Past experience of hiring providers for the US healthcare market.
  • Proven work experience of at least 5 years as a headhunter, recruiter or similar.
  • Advanced knowledge of sourcing techniques (including Boolean search).
  • Hands-on experience with sourcing tools (e.g. resume databases and portfolio sites).
  • Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems (ATSs).
