Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisitions Specialist

ClearDesk seeks a skilled and proactive professional to join its team as a Talent Acquisitions Specialist. As part of this dynamic role, you will play a crucial part in connecting qualified healthcare professionals with patients and families who rely on them.

This position requires an individual who can effectively source candidates, conduct phone screens, manage interviews, and collaborate with hiring managers to align on hiring needs and timelines.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Sourcing qualified candidates for healthcare roles such as RNs, LVNs, CNAs, HHAs, and caregivers
  • Conducting phone screens and managing interviews via HelloHire or similar tools
  • Using platforms like CareerPlug, job boards, LinkedIn, and Facebook groups for outreach
  • Maintaining and updating candidate records in the ATS and recruitment dashboards
  • Supporting document collection, license verification, and background checks
  • Tracking recruitment funnel metrics like application rates, interviews, and time-to-hire
  • Recommending ways to improve hiring workflows and sourcing efficiency
